The best career advice I’ve ever received is to start with your sphere of influence: focus on making a difference where you can, grow through those efforts, find satisfaction in the impact you create, and let that guide your next steps.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to ensure you are motivated by the small successes. You need to spend time with children who need support and truly appreciate the impact of each small win. If you can recognize both the immediate progress and the bigger picture, then this is the right field for you—jump in and start making a difference.

Q
