Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the combination of hands-on experience across HR and project management—where I learned the value of collaboration, adaptability, and building momentum through change. While my master’s degree gave me a strong foundation, it’s been real-world challenges, diverse teams, and continuous networking that have shaped my ability to drive successful outcomes.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve received is to fail fast, but when momentum strikes, catch the lightning, ride the wave, and seize every opportunity.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage women in my field to embrace collaboration and the power of listening. Listening doesn’t mean giving up your voice—it means creating space for perspectives that can sharpen your own ideas and strengthen the outcomes we deliver as a team.”

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge—and opportunity—in my field is keeping pace with ever-changing technology and ensuring seamless integration that truly supports people and organizations.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me—both in work and in life—are continuous learning, embracing change, and the power of connection. I believe in always being willing to learn and grow, whether that’s preparing for my PMP certification, developing my personal brand, or even hosting vision board parties to help others work toward their goals. Just as important is listening and collaborating—because real progress happens when we create space for others’ voices and lean into community. Giving back is also central to who I am, which is why I volunteered to develop the curriculum for SEED, a program in collaboration between Kiwanis and Broward Sherriffs office that helps high school students learn how to apply for jobs and build strong resumes. To me, growth, community, and collaboration aren’t just values—they’re guiding principles that shape how I show up daily.
