About Victoria
Victoria O'Tool is the Executive Director of The FinServ Foundation, where she empowers the next generation of financial planners through the organization’s three core pillars: mentorship, coaching, and connection. Under her leadership, the Foundation supports over 700 students across more than 50 universities nationwide.
A trailblazer in the financial planning space, Victoria made history as the youngest-ever FPA National Diversity Scholar in 2024. In addition to her work with FinServ Foundation, Victoria serves as a Committee Member for 100 Women in Finance in its LaunchMe Mentorship Program.
A dynamic public speaker and student coach, Victoria is known for her ability to connect with and inspire large audiences on topics such as professional development, leadership, and the future of financial planning.
