01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to previous managers who saw potential in me and gave me chances to expand my skills. They trusted that I could do the job I was meant to do. I've also been fortunate to have good role models, including women role models, who helped me along the way.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Go for it. Don't let anybody talk you out of doing something that you love. Go for it feet first. Don't be afraid to ask questions because asking questions helps you learn. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Be determined, learn what you can, and be involved with what you're doing.
