VICTORIA PALACIOS

Victoria Palacios serves in customer success at Pearson, a role she has held for eight years after initially joining through a temp agency that turned into a full-time permanent position. In this capacity within the higher education space, she conducts product demonstrations, troubleshoots issues for students and instructors, and identifies opportunities to upsell additional offerings such as Credly and AWS. Outside her day job, Palacios co-hosts the Stogie Sesh cigar podcast with her husband, a pursuit she began about a year ago that reflects her enjoyment of the cigar lifestyle. She is currently completing her bachelor's degree in marketing at WGU and holds the position of VP of Advertising and Promotions for the American Marketing Association Collegiate Chapter at the university. Palacios draws from her own experience returning to school later in life to help others in similar situations and actively supports veteran-related initiatives in her community of San Antonio, Texas.
