Victoria Pavia is a seasoned healthcare and biotechnology professional with over a decade of experience leading patient services and distribution initiatives. Currently serving as Executive Director at BeiGene, she oversees programs that ensure patients have access to vital treatments while driving strategic operations across the organization. Her career reflects a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes and optimizing healthcare delivery through innovative solutions.

Before joining BeiGene, Victoria held leadership roles at Two Labs as Vice President of Patient Services and Strategy, at VP Health Consulting as President, and at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, an Amgen subsidiary, as Director of Patient Support Services and Strategy. She also gained early management experience as Senior Manager at the Lash Group, where she developed expertise in program management and patient-focused solutions. Throughout her career, Victoria has demonstrated a consistent ability to integrate strategy, operational excellence, and patient advocacy.

Victoria earned her B.A. in Sports Sciences from the University of the Pacific, equipping her with a strong foundation in health and wellness that informs her work in patient services. My advice to young women entering the industry is that it’s okay not to know exactly what you want to do right out of college—the key is getting your foot in the door, sharing your ideas, and expressing yourself professionally.

The biggest challenges in my field are not being able to help every patient, but the greatest opportunity lies in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those I can support.
