The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never give up, enjoy the little things along the way, and commit to continuous learning through reading the Bible and self-help books.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to read everything, be persistent, seek out mentors, ask questions, continue learning, and remember to be kind to yourself along the way.

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now are navigating competition and its criteria, as well as focusing on employee retention and development.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are honesty, empathy, and strong listening skills. I am committed to lifelong learning, family, and caring for others, from my children and grandchildren to my pets and special-needs sister, while pursuing my master’s degree to continue growing both personally and professionally.
