About Victoria
Victoria Rebolledo brings more than 40 years of experience to healthcare administration and medical billing. She earned her bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Kaiser University in 2012 after attending a cardiovascular technology school in North Miami Beach. Victoria has worked for doctors, chiropractors, and cardiologists, handling billing, finances, collections, and insurance verifications. In one position with a cardiologist, she advanced to office manager within her first month and went on to run the entire office, managing labs and all administrative functions. She attributes her success to wisdom gained through prayer and values creating supportive environments where team members help one another to deliver excellent patient care.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My wisdom comes from God, and I do pray. Without Him, I would not have the wisdom I have now. He gave me wisdom. In one job I only got 8 hours training and I had to figure it out on my own how to excel, and God gave me that after I prayed.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To start and listen. Because when you listen, you learn. When you don't listen, you won't learn. Listen to a person that has experience, and take it with a grain of salt. Don't take it to your heart, just accept it. You never know everything, you always can learn.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
To value the worker, value their job, how they present themselves and how they help others. If they help others, you're gonna have an excellent practice. To help each other, that's so important.
