About Victoria
Victoria Sepulveda is a Multifamily Sales Executive at The Liberty Group, where she specializes in building relationships with property management professionals and connecting apartment communities with staffing solutions. Based in Houston, Texas, she brings a diverse background in sales, customer service, account management, and residential property operations. Her career began in retail, where she developed a strong foundation in customer engagement, before transitioning into the multifamily real estate industry as a leasing consultant at Mosaic Residential Inc. After gaining valuable experience on the property management side, she explored other professional opportunities and later returned to the industry on the supplier side. Her previous roles at Global Healing and Greenlogic further strengthened her communication, sales, and client relationship management skills, preparing her for her current position.
At The Liberty Group, Victoria focuses on developing client relationships, visiting apartment communities, attending networking events, and understanding the staffing needs of property management companies. She believes that successful sales extend beyond transactions and depend on trust, transparency, accountability, and consistent follow-through. Her commitment to professional growth is reflected in her active involvement with the Houston Apartment Association (HAA), where she serves on the NEXT Committee and participates in the Ambassador ONE Society. Through these roles, she supports industry engagement, helps professionals explore career opportunities, and contributes to a collaborative multifamily community. Her accomplishments include receiving the 2025 Rising Star Award and NEXT Rookie of the Year recognition from the Houston Apartment Association. In 2026, she was also recognized as a member of HAA's Forty Under 40 class, highlighting her growing contributions to the industry.
Victoria attributes her professional development to perseverance, authenticity, mentorship, and a willingness to learn from every experience. Having benefited from the guidance of experienced professionals, she encourages young women to establish clear goals, seek mentorship, ask questions, and gain practical knowledge by learning directly from property managers and other industry leaders. She also believes that individuals should embrace their unique strengths rather than feel pressured to follow a conventional career path. Guided by integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to building meaningful relationships, Victoria hopes to inspire others to pursue their ambitions with confidence. Through her continued involvement in the multifamily industry and her upcoming 2026 feature in Influential Women Magazine, she aims to demonstrate that dedication, transferable skills, and a genuine interest in helping others can create opportunities for lasting professional success.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Learn everything you can, soak it up like a sponge. Have goals and try to put yourself out there. For the management side, take as much in from your property manager, shadow her, see how you can get into that position.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
There are a lot of opportunities in this field. The opportunities are endless from leasing consultant to owning a property or being a VP. It's a community where everybody wants the best for you and looks for professional development and growth. I don't see any challenges on my side.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Having integrity and accountability is the most important. No matter what you are selling, if you can be 100% honest with yourself and your client, it skyrockets your confidence.
