Victoria Snodgrass is a Suicide & Trauma Alchemist Coach, relationship guide, and best-selling author whose work is rooted in the profound belief that healing is not only possible but transformative. As the founder of Under the Bodhi Tree Sanctuary, she supports individuals moving through sexual trauma, addiction, anxiety, emotional pain, and the deep wounds created by internalized suffering. Victoria’s coaching integrates trauma-informed practices, somatic wisdom, spiritual direction, and her gift of clairvoyance—an intuitive clarity awakened through years of inner work and spiritual devotion. Her approach is compassionate, honest, and grounded in lived experience, allowing her to meet clients exactly where they are and guide them toward empowerment, connection, and purpose.

Victoria’s journey is one of remarkable resilience. For years, she lived behind a polished exterior that concealed trauma, undiagnosed mental illness, addiction, and overwhelming emotional darkness. Her path through suicidal ideation, profound disconnection, and the painful unraveling of her former life became the foundation for her transformation. Guided by therapy, meditation, sound healing, psychedelic-assisted treatments, and deep spiritual exploration, she rebuilt her identity from the inside out. This rebirth not only restored her sense of self but awakened her calling: to help others navigate their own rebirths with courage, grace, and truth.

Her bestselling memoir, No Straight Jacket Required: A Journey Through Mental Health, Addiction, and Healing, is a raw and courageous testament to the power of vulnerability and inner awakening. Through her writing, coaching practice, and growing presence within the mental health and spiritual wellness community, Victoria offers a rare combination of authenticity, spiritual insight, and lived wisdom. She is deeply committed to creating spaces where people can be seen, heard, and held—without shame, without fear, and without masks. For anyone seeking radical healing, deeper connection, or a reminder that light can rise from even the darkest places, Victoria stands as both a guide and a living testament to what transformation looks like.
