What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a deep desire, even from a young age, to make a meaningful impact. Growing up in a family of hardworking individuals instilled in me the values of dedication and perseverance. I’ve always been motivated by a wish to make my parents proud, and that drive has shaped the way I approach challenges and opportunities in both my personal and professional life.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to continue pursuing what you are truly passionate about and what inspires you. Stay persistent, embrace challenges, and trust the process—growth and success often come from staying committed to your vision, even when the path isn’t always clear.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is managing change. Many programs and systems are outdated and need to be updated to keep pace with industry trends and remain competitive. Embracing this change allows us not only to modernize processes but also to innovate and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in both my work and personal life include belief, responsibility, and open communication. I strive to be an achiever while also being an includer, fostering a sense of belonging for those around me. Faith, family, and transparency are central to who I am, and I aim to align my career with these principles to create meaningful impact and strong connections along the way.
