Victoria Natsai Chasi
Victoria Chasi, MPA, JD (LLB), is the founder of ARCHV, a pioneering platform that develops ethical predictive and generative AI and augmented reality tools for language learning, cultural preservation, and inclusive language infrastructure. With a background spanning law, policy, and technology, she bridges the gap between research, strategy, and human-centered innovation to create scalable solutions that connect global communities and preserve heritage.
Prior to founding ARCHV, Victoria served as a policy advisor at the United Nations and as a South African Parliamentary monitor, where she produced over 100 policy reports and strengthened legislative transparency during the COVID-19 crisis. She has advised multilateral initiatives, contributed to World Economic Forum partnerships, and delivered statements on behalf of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies at the UN General Assembly, demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based policy and international collaboration.
Victoria holds a Master of Public Administration in Development Economics and International Development from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Cape Town. Drawing on over five years of combined experience in law, policy, strategy, and emerging technologies, she now focuses on building equitable AI systems and immersive learning tools that empower communities, support inclusion, and advance sustainable language development globally.
