Her Story

About Victoria (Tori)

Hi, I’m Tori!

As a Fractional CMO, I partner with DTC brands to build and scale full-stack marketing ecosystems that drive immediate results and long-term loyalty.

I've managed over $100M in paid media, directed omnichannel expansion (Amazon, wholesale) while rapidly scaling the core D2C engine, and have helped multiple brands scale beyond 9-figures.

I'm obsessed with testing meaningful variables, thinking far (!!) outside the box, and translating data into clear actions. Operating from a place of self-leadership means I'm constantly identifying the most important, needle-moving actions. I'm also a natural leader, with ten years' experience onboarding and managing talent - because working alongside the right people is everything.

I dot every single "i", and I cross every single "t".

If this resonates with you, I'd love to chat!

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Victoria (Tori)

01What do you attribute your success to?

I think I always treat other people, whether on my team or otherwise, as though they were family or close friends. I approach people with so much warmth and so much humanity. I am incredibly thorough and detail-oriented. My career has been 100% word of mouth.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

If you wouldn't invest in a company financially, I recommend you not invest your time in the company, because your time is your most precious asset. You should be investing your time in places, people, causes, and businesses that you really believe in.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Prioritize the opportunity to really learn. If you're ever in a situation where you don't feel challenged and you don't feel like you're evolving, it might be time to consider a shift. Keep learning and make that a priority.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

AI is the obvious one. It's seemingly impossible to keep up with the evolution of AI. The ways businesses and brands connect with people changes so much all the time. It's important to not attach yourself to tools and strategies that worked yesterday.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Authenticity, integrity, transparency, and humanity. Treating others as you would want to be treated. Being a people-first marketer focused on customer service, community, and positive experiences.
