About Viktoria
My wellness path began with personal health challenges while living in the US as a foreigner. I certified as a health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and started working with clients then moved to corporate wellness. For the past year and a half I've been Wellness Director at Mac Industries developing tailored programs for their concrete industry employees focusing on well-being and mental health. I am also a certified HeartMath Trainer since 2020 and run my skincare business Nourish with Victoria creating organic products that started from cancer prevention workshops.
