About Viktoriia
Viktoriia Pshenychko is a Senior UX & Product Designer with more than 12 years of experience creating user-centered digital products across healthcare technology, SaaS, marketplace platforms, fintech, insurtech, and startup environments. Originally from Ukraine, Viktoriia relocated to the United States in 2010 and built a career at the intersection of design, technology, and business strategy. She specializes in leading end-to-end product design processes, transforming complex problems into intuitive experiences, and partnering with product leaders, engineers, and executives to deliver solutions that create measurable impact.
Throughout her career, Viktoriia has helped launch and scale innovative products from concept to market. Most notably, during her nearly five-year tenure at Casechek, she played a key role in designing a fully integrated hospital inventory management platform that supports more than 60 hospitals across the United States. Her work focused on improving healthcare workflows, reducing operational challenges, and creating seamless experiences for clinical and administrative teams. Previously, she led product design initiatives in influencer marketing software at Julius and contributed to insurtech solutions at AdvisorConnect, where she helped bring digital products from early concepts to scalable platforms. Her achievements include receiving the 55th Graphic Design USA Award and the American Web Design Award for her product design contributions.
Viktoriia holds a bachelor's degree in Education and Philology from Ukraine and an associate degree in Multimedia Programming Design from the City University of New York. She has further strengthened her expertise through UX certifications from Google and the Nielsen Norman Group and is a member of the elite design network at Toptal. Beyond her professional work, she mentors startup founders and product teams through Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, helping organizations build stronger user-centered products. A certified yoga teacher and passionate photographer, Viktoriia enjoys aerial yoga, travel, and street photography, bringing creativity, curiosity, and empathy into both her personal and professional life.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, dedication as well as my ability to focus on results.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is to stay focused and find alignment with the work I am truly meant to do. When my goals, passions, and purpose are aligned, I believe that creates the foundation for achieving meaningful and lasting success.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to believe in their ability to be independent and successful. Stay focused on your goals, work hard, and trust in your own capabilities. With determination, confidence, and dedication, you can achieve success through your own efforts.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI is both a challenge and an opportunity in my field. It requires us to adapt and learn, while also providing new ways to innovate and improve how we work.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are honesty, authenticity, and respect. I believe in staying true to myself and others, delivering great results, and supporting those around me.
