About Vineela
Vineela GV has built a career in software development focused on Oracle HCM Cloud Solutions over the past seven years. After beginning in HR administration, she shifted to the software development side to address human capital management challenges through technology. She holds a Bachelor's of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation, which provided her with strong foundational skills in analytical thinking, problem solving, programming, and system design. These fundamentals have shaped her approach to enterprise applications and business problem-solving. Vineela values continuous learning as technology evolves with cloud platforms, AI, and automation in Oracle Fusion HCM, finding it rewarding to collaborate on diverse projects with various teams. Currently based in Austin, Texas, she is seeking her next remote role following the conclusion of her previous project in March.
