01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is simple: do it scared. You don’t have to wait until you feel completely confident or ready—just take the first step. My motto is, “One day or day one. Which one are you going to keep saying?” Stop telling yourself that you’ll do it someday and make today day one.
