What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the AI and tech industry is to anchor yourselves in the skills that matter—like machine learning fundamentals and developing strong product intuition. Use your strengths to your best advantage and remember you don’t have to be the most technical person; being great at framing and executing ideas is just as important. I also recommend using AI to prototype your ideas, speed up coding, conduct research, run experiments, and handle repetitive tasks.

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is supporting and empowering women in male-dominated areas of AI and technology.
