About Violetta
Violetta Milczek is the Founder and CEO of Global Dental Gallery, an educational platform dedicated to advancing the knowledge and technical skills of dental professionals through specialized training programs and hands-on continuing education courses. With more than 25 years of experience in dental technology, she has established herself as a respected educator and industry leader specializing in dental cosmetics, aesthetics, implant restorations, and full-arch rehabilitation. Her passion for excellence is reflected in her commitment to teaching advanced techniques in tooth morphology, shade selection, anatomy, and highly aesthetic restorative dentistry.
Originally educated in engineering and furniture design in Poland, Milczek later earned a Certificate in Dental Technology from George Brown College in Toronto in 1989 before building a distinguished career in dental laboratory technology. After immigrating to North America, she spent more than two decades successfully operating her own dental laboratory before launching Global Dental Gallery to address the growing demand for high-quality continuing education as digital workflows and dental technologies rapidly evolved. Today, she collaborates with internationally recognized educators and industry experts to provide practical, clinically relevant training that helps dental professionals remain at the forefront of their field.
Throughout her career, Milczek has credited her success to hard work, dedication, professionalism, and the strong work ethic instilled by her father. She believes continuous learning is essential in an ever-changing profession and encourages the next generation of dental professionals to remain focused, embrace new technologies, and never stop developing their skills. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, dedication, maintaining focus on my goals, and always conducting myself with professionalism. My father instilled in me the importance of a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality through his furniture business in Poland. Those values have guided me throughout my career and continue to shape my approach to leadership and education.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to stay committed to my plans and goals without becoming distracted by minor obstacles. Remaining focused has enabled me to build a successful career while continually growing and adapting within an evolving industry.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to stay current with new technologies, techniques, and industry developments. Never stop learning or investing in your professional growth. As dental technology continues to evolve, maintaining your knowledge and skills will allow you to remain competitive and deliver the highest quality of work.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest challenges in dental technology is keeping pace with rapidly changing technology while maintaining consistently high standards of quality. Not every laboratory delivers the same level of craftsmanship, making quality an ongoing concern. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities to expand continuing education, provide advanced hands-on training for dental professionals, and collaborate with leading dental manufacturers and organizations to help elevate industry standards.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Professionalism and kindness are the values that guide both my work and personal life. I believe treating people with respect, maintaining high professional standards, and approaching every interaction with kindness create lasting relationships and contribute to long-term success.
