About Virginia
A multidisciplinary creative and lifelong musician with decades of experience as a singer, guitarist, songwriter, and performing artist. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, she has worked as a professional musician since 1972 and continues performing through projects including Essensual BeatZ and Half Rose Half Nelson. Her background also includes work in communications, membership coordination, and visual/artistic expression through Otra Vase. She holds both a BA in Ibero-American Studies and an MS in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
