Virginia Webb is an experienced construction and operations professional with 18 years in the electrical construction industry. She currently serves as a Project Coordinator, where her responsibilities include processing timesheets, managing security access, entering data into systems, and supporting crews to ensure they have everything needed. Her background includes 16 years at M.C. Dean, where she started as a project admin and advanced to senior project admin while handling security matters. Prior to that, she spent 15 years as an operations manager after beginning in an admin position. She holds a high school diploma from 1979 and has taken some college courses in accounting. Virginia has emphasized her willingness to learn new skills and encourages others to reach for greater opportunities.
