The best career advice I’ve embraced is to maintain self-awareness and be honest about your strengths and weaknesses. Equally important is staying grounded and connected to people, even as technology continues to advance and transform the workplace.

My advice to young women entering this field is to be self-aware and honest in the workplace, and never be intimidated by male-dominated environments. Invest in professional development through higher education or specialized training, stay authentic, and use your voice to make a meaningful impact.

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now involve balancing AI and automation with human connection in customer service, creating scalable systems that still feel personalized to clients, navigating male-dominated leadership environments, and building departments and processes from the ground up in growing companies.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are authenticity and honesty—especially for women navigating corporate settings—empathy and human connection in customer service despite the rise of AI, and a commitment to personal growth, professional development, and helping others, as reflected in my volunteer work.
