Viviana Bustillo

Viviana Bustillo has over 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising. She began her career through internships during her bachelor's studies, including one won through the Young Lions competition in 2010 at Leo Burnett, followed by time at Young and Rubicam. After roles at TELEVISA Publishing and earning her master's degree, she spent nearly 10 years in San Francisco working with agencies and brands such as the San Francisco Giants. She later joined Alma DDB, working with Clorox, before returning to Puerto Rico. There she headed the Client Relationships Division at the local McCann office and now specializes in pharmaceutical advertising at her current company, where she has been for four years following a recent promotion. Viviana earned a Young Lions award in 2010 and multiple campaign awards. She holds a Bachelor's in Science and Communication with a minor in Brand Management from Universidad del Sagrado Corazon and a Master's in International Marketing from Hult Business School San Francisco campus. She manages a team of four younger women, mentoring them through career growth while maintaining a productive and profitable team. Viviana also supports local Catholic churches with off-projects and events.
