Her Interview

Ten minutes with W. Irini

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to perseverance and passion. In the art world you have to decide if it is for you and be very patient for the right job. A lot of people have to do multiple internships before they land jobs so perseverance is key especially in the art world.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Pride and compassion are most important to me. Pride means you don't become a pushover and you strive for the best because your name is on something. Compassion is important in leadership positions to understand that not everyone has the background to sustain more difficult tasks.
