I attribute my success to determination, focus, and persistence. I refuse to give up, and I firmly believe in my ability to accomplish my goals. Even in challenging moments, I stay committed to my path, knowing that persistence and belief in myself are key to achieving my objectives.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was to stay focused and determined. I’ve learned to prepare for the inevitable peaks and valleys of life and work—sometimes taking interim or part-time work to stay afloat—but never abandoning my craft or goals. Commitment and resilience are essential to long-term success.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women to keep their heads high and know their worth. Be accomplished, keep learning, and remain determined and focused. Be willing to adapt—sometimes changing roles, industries, or strategies is necessary—but always continue fighting for advancement and personal growth.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges are growing a sustainable business, promoting my work, and navigating marketing strategies like website SEO and keywords. Opportunities exist in networking within the Las Vegas entertainment community, entering film festivals to gain traction, and exploring the potential to expand short films into features or episodic content for streaming platforms.

I value determination, focus, persistence, optimism, and gratitude. I prioritize taking care of my mental and physical health while maintaining a positive attitude and belief that everything will work out, even in difficult circumstances.
