My advice to young women entering this industry is to be resilient, stay committed even when things get challenging, and believe in your ability to succeed. I encourage women to stand firm in their integrity, continually educate themselves, and remember that consistency and confidence are key.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is combating misinformation from competitors, which makes ongoing education and transparency with clients essential. At the same time, there’s a great opportunity for growth and impact—for professionals who are knowledgeable, ethical, and committed to helping families make informed decisions.
