Wendy DeLucca

I am a wellness, events, and hospitality leader with a career spanning luxury wellness resorts, performing arts centers, and entrepreneurial ventures. I am the Founder and Executive Director of ThriveWell Experiences, a practice I established in November 2025, where I am building a movement around menopause-inclusive workplaces through experiential events, leadership training, education, and wellness initiatives that help organizations better support women across every stage of life. We partner with companies, HR leaders, and benefits teams to create clinically informed, culturally relevant experiences that drive awareness, retention, wellbeing, and real organizational change. ThriveWell is for organizations that understand that supporting women's health is not just the right thing to do—it is smart business, and our mission is to help organizations become places where women stay, grow, lead, and thrive.

Alongside this work, I have served as Spa and Beach Club Membership Director and Events at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort since October 2020, where I drive luxury wellness and membership sales. I increased membership sales by two hundred percent by late 2021 and continue to drive strong year-over-year growth through personalized outreach, strategic campaigns, and member referral programs. I have represented the resort on Deco Drive, developed and implemented standard operating procedures to streamline operations, partnered with finance to restructure commission and billing systems, worked with marketing on campaigns and social media strategy, and managed all membership-related accounting, budget planning, and reporting.

Before joining Carillon, I served as Director of Rental Events at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County for over two and a half years, where I led the development and execution of high-level event sales strategy for seventy-five plus major events annually and consistently exceeded annual event sales targets by over fifty percent, averaging forty-plus booked and executed events per year while managing an eight-hundred-thousand-dollar departmental budget. I spearheaded event strategy across departments for high-profile events including the NBC Democratic Debates, NFL Honors Presentation, the AIDS Healthcare Foundation Concert, and the Balmain Paris Art Basel Dinner.

Earlier in my career, I founded and served as Executive Event Producer at DeLucca Events, LLC for nearly eight years, curating and producing bespoke events and wellness experiences from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences, galas, and brand activations, specializing in full-service planning for corporate, nonprofit, and private clients. I also worked as an Onsite Meeting Planner at American Meetings, Inc., where I planned meetings in Argentina, Chile, the United Kingdom, Colombia, and multiple U.S. locations.
