About Wendy

Wendy Rosenthal is the Founder and Chief Pathfinding Officer of Pathfinder 1 to 1, an executive coaching and leadership development practice dedicated to helping business leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives unlock their authentic potential. Drawing upon more than two decades of experience in business strategy, marketing, brand development, and executive leadership, she partners with clients across the United States and internationally to cultivate stronger leadership, greater self-awareness, and sustainable business growth. Her coaching philosophy centers on helping individuals operate from their "True Operating System," enabling them to lead with confidence, authenticity, and internal authority.

Before launching Pathfinder 1 to 1 in 2020, Wendy built an accomplished corporate career leading strategic marketing and business initiatives across the entertainment, gaming, media, and lifestyle industries. Her executive experience includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Jagex, Managing Director of Absolute Certainty, Marketing Director for Kabbalah Centre International, and leadership roles involving business development, integrated marketing, and global brand strategy. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for developing innovative growth strategies, building high-performing teams, and guiding organizations through transformative change. She is also the author of The Planet Mercury: Harnessing the Power of Your Communication, which combines practical communication strategies with personal insight and self-development.

Beyond her professional work, Wendy is deeply committed to leadership development, education, and community service. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Kabbalah Children's Academy and as a Western Region Board Member for the Centre for Initiatives in Jewish Education (CIJE), supporting programs that foster educational excellence and personal growth. Grounded in a personal spiritual practice centered on self-responsibility, compassion, and authenticity, Wendy believes lasting transformation begins from within. Through her coaching, writing, and speaking, she empowers individuals to challenge limiting beliefs, expand their comfort zones, and lead purposeful, values-driven lives.

Ten minutes with Wendy

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to maintaining a consistent spiritual practice rather than following a specific religious practice. My perspective shifted when I embraced the belief that life happens for me rather than to me, allowing me to take full ownership of my experiences and decisions. That mindset has transformed how I define success, how I lead others, and how I approach challenges. It also gave me the confidence to transition from corporate consulting into executive and transformation coaching, where I help others develop the same sense of ownership and purpose.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I encourage young women to stay connected to who they truly are rather than allowing inherited beliefs or external expectations to define their decisions. Each of us is born with what I call a True Operating System, yet many people spend years operating from an Inherited Operating System shaped by family, society, and past experiences. I believe success comes from trusting your internal authority, embracing your authentic self, and refusing to let limiting beliefs dictate your future. Your purpose is not to become someone else—it is to become more fully yourself.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I believe one of the greatest opportunities is helping leaders move away from external validation and toward authentic self-leadership. By developing greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and internal authority, executives can make more confident decisions, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and create lasting personal and organizational growth.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My most important value is learning to love and extend compassion to myself first, because only then can I genuinely help others. I believe meaningful change always begins internally, and that we can only truly transform ourselves—not other people. I strive to treat everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion, recognizing that every individual has a unique path. I also believe personal growth comes from intentionally expanding our comfort zone, allowing us to discover strengths and capabilities we may not have realized we possessed.
