My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace every role as a learning opportunity, stay curious, and trust that your past experiences—even from other fields—are valuable assets.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field include limited earning potential in retail design roles and earning consumer trust, while opportunities lie in the growing demand for honest, results-driven kitchen designers and the potential to move into independent consulting or firm ownership.
