01What do you attribute your success to?
I didn't plan on doing this as a career. Like, I planned on learning welding, but I never thought that I would be an educator. I'm not a people person. But this job has made me a people person. It truly has, you know, just taking a step back and understanding that everybody has their own life when they leave here, and that sometimes people just need grace in life. It goes a long way, especially, and maybe that's just part of being a woman. I feel like a mom to most of my students, honestly, because it's like, I understand that we're going through stuff, you know?
