01What do you attribute your success to?

The pressure of wanting to be a doctor and proving my family wrong by finding fulfillment in non-traditional paths like healthcare management in aesthetics.

To be myself and not be afraid to speak my opinions, to show up and be present in the room rather than holding back ideas.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Show up every day as yourself, be honest, and keep your mind open because there are many sub-genres and opportunities in aesthetics and management.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Managing expectations of people wanting to look completely different, but the opportunity is communicating to break down natural beauty and stigmas while helping women feel empowered.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Being honest and true to what I believe, vocalizing opinions respectfully so the right people stay in my circle.
