I attribute my success to starting early and consistently developing my skills, staying curious, and continuously upskilling, while connecting my childhood passions for writing and design to long-term career goals and balancing creativity with data-driven decision making.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to start early, take initiative without waiting for permission, and build your personal brand through passion projects while investing in yourself and developing daily habits that support continuous growth.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field are keeping up with rapid changes in digital marketing and AI tools while standing out in a crowded landscape, but opportunities lie in leveraging AI to enhance workflows and using UX/UI and data-driven strategies to create stronger, more engaging customer experiences.
