Her Story
About Whitney
Whitney Love is a Commercial Account Manager with roughly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, including nearly a decade focused specifically on commercial lines. Based in Greensboro, North Carolina, she manages middle-market accounts for larger corporations, overseeing a broad range of commercial coverages such as auto, pollution liability, directors and officers, workers' compensation, umbrella, and excess policies. Throughout her career, she has built her expertise through hands-on experience across both personal and commercial lines, having started with life, health, and accident licensing before transitioning into property and casualty work, where she discovered her strength and preference for commercial accounts.
Though she did not complete a college degree, Whitney has built a thriving career through determination and continuous professional development, earning her CISR and CBIA designations, along with a full suite of North Carolina insurance licenses covering life, health, accident, property, casualty, long-term care, and Medicare supplement products. She is known for cultivating strong, long-standing relationships with both carriers and clients, some spanning more than two decades, and prioritizes responsive, personalized service in every account she manages. Beyond her technical credentials, she continues to invest in her growth through leadership development courses, with plans to pursue additional designations as her schedule allows.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Whitney is guided by a strong sense of purpose rooted in kindness, empathy, and teamwork. She credits her father's influence and her own determination for much of her success, along with a deep desire to build a stable, fulfilling life for her children. She gives back to her community through her company's partnership with Peace Haven, an organization that supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. When she isn't working, Whitney enjoys spending time with her kids, relaxing poolside, and taking road trips, drawing on the same values of connection and care that define her professional life.
