Willow Pacheco serves as Business Development Manager at In Express in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, she assists small to mid-sized companies in optimizing their UPS rates while meeting their existing needs. She entered the sales field after earning her degree in natural resources and global climate change management from the University of Arizona in 2024. Prior to her current position, Pacheco held retail roles, worked in solar sales during college, and served as a business development manager at a small engineering startup in Phoenix, where she gained valuable experience before transitioning in January 2025. She attributes her success to her upbringing in a hardcore middle-class environment, which taught her the value of hard work and self-determination, combined with strong self-belief that helps her navigate challenges in sales. Pacheco also volunteers with Tucson Clean and Beautiful, participating in planting and landscaping initiatives. She leads a team of BDRs based in Pakistan, focusing on coaching and knowledge sharing to ensure effective performance.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My upbringing in a hardcore middle class environment exposed me to people with less and more than me, teaching me that you can go in either direction in life and it's up to you. Combined with strong self-belief that keeps my head clear in sales and helps me rise to occasions quickly.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have unwavering self-belief, especially in sales where most people don't want to talk to you and it's tough. This keeps your head clear and helps you rise to the occasion quicker, even when on a team with all men.
