About Yadira
I'm a relationship manager at Fidelity Investments, a position I've held since 2022. I bring 14 years of experience in the financial industry, having been licensed since 2020. My expertise centers on financial planning and retirement planning, helping clients navigate their financial futures. I hold multiple professional licenses including my broker license, investment advisor license, and insurance and annuity license. I'm committed to continuous learning and am currently pursuing certification as a Chartered Financial Consultant. What I'm most proud of professionally is getting all my licenses and going through this industry as a woman. I'm also a mom with little children, and being able to manage both my career and family responsibilities while organizing myself and continuing to grow in this field is something I consider my most notable achievement. My children are what drive me - thinking about their future motivates me to continue learning, doing more, and working hard so that I can give them a better education.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my children. You know, I just think about their future, and that's what makes me, or that's what drives me to continue, you know, do more, and learn more and work so that I can give them a better education. They are my motivation and the reason I push myself to keep growing in my career.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never, never stop learning. There's always something new to learn. There's always something that you can be knowledgeable about. Never step into a comfort zone where you think you know everything, and you think like you don't need to do more, because there's always more and there's always something new to learn that will help you grow within your career. Keep pushing yourself beyond what feels comfortable.
