Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my tenacity, hard work, and consistency.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

At the end of the day, we just all catch up. Sometimes it's really easy to get overwhelmed with a number of other things that need to get done, but most days, all we're doing is just selling products, not life-saving. A manager told me that about 5 years ago, and it's stuck with me. It helps me keep perspective when things feel overwhelming and reminds me not to take everything so seriously.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay curious, using that curiosity to drive innovation and deepen your subject-matter expertise.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now stem from AI reshaping customer purchasing behavior and the consolidation of retail media across holding companies, creating space for subject-matter experts and innovative technology to drive growth. These shifts demand adaptability and strategic insight to stay ahead.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

For me, the two things that I live by on how I show up every day, both personally and professionally, are transparency and enthusiasm. I think these set the tone for how things are going, whether things are going well or poorly, and can really change the dynamics of whatever is happening.
