01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It is now possible to change careers and not be stuck in a career that maybe was interesting at the beginning but no longer satisfies the interest. All these things that you were able to accomplish and learned in your previous role would still be useful and it will still apply a lot of it. Changing career if you feel would be more satisfactory to you, more fulfilling is good. Nowadays it is not uncommon and in fact beneficial to be able to change career mid-life.
