01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the technology industry is to build a broad foundation of transferable and soft skills rather than optimizing too early for one specific role. Technology evolves quickly, so skills such as solving ambiguous problems, learning quickly, communicating with diverse perspectives, and making informed decisions with imperfect information will remain valuable and adaptable throughout your career.
