What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the confidence I’ve built over time, with support from my brokerage sponsor and a social media analyst who guided me along the way. I combine a research-oriented approach with strong customer-service skills, multilingual communication, and hands-on effort in my expired-listings niche. Authenticity and careful attention to detail have been key drivers in building my career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to pursue what feels right for them, embrace their strengths, and work on weaknesses. Strive for financial independence, maintain a positive mindset, and don’t be afraid to take risks. At the same time, remember to balance ambition with care for family and those around you. Be fearless, and don’t let fear hold you back from opportunities.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One opportunity I see is highlighting and increasing women’s participation in commercial appraisal, a field that is currently male-dominated. Building women-owned businesses and offices is another avenue to create more opportunities for women in the industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Financial independence, authenticity, a positive mindset, strong client service, and maintaining balance so that career ambitions do not overshadow family or personal relationships.
