YASLY PRADO: Yasly Prado: Don't wait till you feel ready because that moment may never come.What does being an Influential Woman mean to you?Yasly Prado: Yeah, being, being an influential woman, it's not about being the loudest person in the room. It's about the impact you leave on others. And it's about showing up with integrity, staying true to your values and continue to move forward, even when life gets difficult. It's tenacity, resilience, and heart.What's one piece of advice you would give to younger women chasing their dreams?Yasly Prado: And to every young woman chasing her dream, I would say, don't wait till you feel ready because that moment may never come. You will experience fear, you will experience doubts, but don't let them define you. Believe in yourself, stay focused, stay disciplined and keep moving forward. Because one day you will realize you are no longer chasing your dream; You're living them. And the most beautiful part is that your journey will inspire someone else to believe that they can do it too.

About YASLY
I founded Sinergia Pro, a commercial cleaning service company that began as an idea in Miami and has evolved into a comprehensive system where people, processes, and purposes work in synergy across Florida. I lead teams of between 40 and 60 people operating in high-demand environments, including prestigious venues such as Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, and Hard Rock Stadium. My mission is to create jobs and raise operational standards in the commercial cleaning industry. I saw an opportunity in the market and caught it, and now people are always calling me looking for jobs, which I consider a big responsibility because I always have something to offer them. You need to have a good team around you, and that's what I've built. I hold an MBA in Marketing from Venezuela, graduating in 2012, and I am an alumni of the Goldman Sachs program.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I saw an opportunity in the market, and I caught it. Now, a lot of people are always calling me to look for a job, and this is a big responsibility for me, because I have all the time something to offer to them. It's a big responsibility.
