I attribute my success to my family. I do everything for them. It drives me, it motivates me. Seeing them happy and not struggling like I did when I was younger is what drives me every day. I also give every glory to God, who leads me and my family. Without His strength, I wouldn't be where I am today. I always try to stay humble and modest, and I know that anything done with His love and with integrity is blessed, and blessings come with that. Definitely believing in a higher power is what drives my values and my success.

The best career advice I ever received was from an amazing woman from my last employment with Charter. She told me to always, always lead with your heart and your mind, because especially with emotional intelligence, we still have to be human at the end of the day, and that drives more success. When you lead with your heart, because you're honest and have integrity, you can make anyone shine and pretty much influence them to follow their own dreams. She also told me to never give up, which shows the resilience and the tenacity and the grit that you have. When that leader said that, it made me even go more towards my dream, because I was at a point scared of taking full ownership of my business. And when I let God take control, He took away the corporate side and said, hey, you have something to build, and you have a purpose, so let's do that.

I would tell young women entering my field that it's not easy. It's going to take hard work and hard dedication. But if they know how to be coachable, willing, and hungry, anything is achievable. I also want them to know about the misconceptions in network marketing. Sometimes people think it's a scheme, and they don't know the difference between multi-level marketing and what a pyramid is. That's why I don't lead with the business model. I just let them fall in love with my products and show them what our products have done, and then go from there.

I want you to say no to me. I tell them, hey, look, I'm gonna gift you this, all I want is just what you think about it and if you can give me a review. From there, I just let God do the rest, and if it's for me, He'll bring the right people. I also believe education is incredibly important, especially in AI. Me and my team were just finishing an AI masterclass that we won as an incentive. I'm willing to learn AI to make things a little easier, but I always promote authenticity within the person in my social media. We have to be true and authentic to ourselves.
