Yazmen R. Settle

Yazmen Settle is a dynamic leader and founder therapist specializing in organizational development and corporate psychology. With a deep commitment to creating healthier, more human workplaces, she blends clinical mental health expertise with strategic consulting to support employee wellness, reduce burnout, and foster inclusive cultures. Through her company, WhyySettle Consulting, Yazmen partners with organizations to implement evidence-based wellness programs, train leadership teams in mental health awareness, and cultivate resilient, high-performing environments. Her approach is rooted in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a passion for aligning strategy with people-centered practices.
Beyond her consulting work, Yazmen is an active community advocate and mental health counselor, involved with organizations like NAMI and the Creative Touch Counseling Center. She brings a trauma-informed, culturally responsive perspective to her practice and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behavior Psychology. Yazmen encourages professionals to “be a sponge”—continually learning from those around them—and uses that mindset to guide her efforts in building workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
