Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace every learning opportunity, stay curious, and confidently advocate for your ideas. Balance is key while I am passionate about my work, I also value spending time outdoors and cherishing moments with my husband and our two-year-old son, which keeps me grounded and energized both personally and professionally.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

While I don’t adhere to a fixed set of personal or professional values, I have developed and implemented my Value Volume Disparity Audit, which guides how I assess priorities and make decisions. This approach allows me to align my work and personal life thoughtfully, ensuring I focus on what truly matters in each context.
