Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a lifelong journey of learning, adaptability, and impact—starting from my early work in computer repair and software in Venezuela, progressing through electronic engineering, Cisco certification, and ESL training, and leading to my role as a Field Service Manager where I guide field operations and support a high‑performing team. Being recognized as Employee of the Month and as a technology leader for 2025–2026 reflects not just personal achievement, but the real results of collaboration, leadership, and mentorship in driving our organization forward.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to seek out mentorship and invest in it—both as a mentee and a mentor—because guidance, support, and encouragement can unlock potential and accelerate growth in ways experience alone cannot.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in tech today is the rapid integration of AI, and the real opportunity lies in using it effectively while still prioritizing and developing human talent. I also see professional recognition and networking as key opportunities, opening doors to growth and new possibilities.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value mentoring others and helping colleagues gain confidence and grow professionally, because I believe everyone deserves the same opportunities I’ve had. In both my work and personal life, I prioritize responsibility, hard work, grit, and consistency.
