Yesenia Barcley is an accomplished Quality Assurance Manager with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently leading quality assurance operations at ADDMAN, she brings over a decade of expertise in process optimization, risk management, and team leadership. Her career has been marked by a commitment to building resilient teams, implementing rigorous quality standards, and ensuring compliance with complex industry regulations such as AS9100.

Prior to her current role, Yesenia served as Quality Assurance Manager at Lincotek Surface Solutions and spent over a decade at Spirit AeroSystems as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, where she honed her skills in FAA compliance, first article inspections, and advanced product quality planning (APQP). Her leadership philosophy emphasizes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cross-training to avoid reliance on a single point of failure, creating teams capable of sustained success.

Yesenia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University, specializing in business management and marketing.
