Her Interview
Ten minutes with Yifat
01What do you attribute your success to?
Curiosity and always wanting to help people avoid smoke and mirrors in marketing. I know only four honest marketers and it pisses me off when people sell fluff that sends clients in the wrong direction.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My Noem.ai partner is a good role model who has experience and scars but isn't bitter, and keeps ethics as a very high value.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Two skills that you need to know: how to ask questions, and critical thinking. Everything else, ask the AI to walk you through it, but if you know how to ask the AI and have critical thinking to analyze what it gives you, then you're ahead of the curve.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
80 or 90% of the internet is bots making it harder to reach people with good content. We need to move into communities and associations for trust, as people will trust peers more than media. The opportunity is using AI to delegate tasks so humans have time for socializing, thinking, and reading.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Give credit where credit is due. Ethics super high, keep your word. Don't try to sell, try to serve. Let machines do what machines are supposed to do and let humans do what humans are meant to do.
