She currently serves as Quality Manager at Double H Plastics, Inc., where she leads strategic initiatives to enhance quality systems and ensure regulatory compliance. A graduate of Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Yisell has also earned prestigious certifications, including Lead Auditor for Food Safety Management Systems and Harvard Business School Online’s Core program. One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is finding the balance between meeting strict regulatory standards and driving efficiency and innovation in processes.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are discipline, honesty, and perseverance, as they guide my actions and help me stay grounded and focused on my goals.
