Her Story
About Yliana
I’m a customer success and sales leader passionate about helping both people and businesses grow. My career has been shaped by my deep commitment to creating meaningful experiences for any client I take on—from onboarding and implementation to long-term relationship building. Working across SaaS and service-based businesses, I’ve had the opportunity to support companies in turning new customers into lasting partners.
What drives me most is seeing the impact of strong, intentional customer journeys. I focus on helping clients not just get started, but truly succeed—adopting products with confidence, seeing REAL value, and building trust along the way. Behind the scenes, I collaborate closely with my teams to create processes that are not only effective, but scalable, ensuring both the customer and the business can grow together.
Leadership, for me, is also about lifting others. I’m passionate about coaching and developing teams, especially within customer success and sales, and creating environments where people feel empowered to do their best work. I believe that when teams are aligned, supported, and inspired, the results speak for themselves.
Throughout my journey, I’ve leaned on my background in customer relationships, training, and revenue strategy to bridge the gap between business goals and human connection. I’m especially driven by the challenge of reducing churn and building long-term, meaningful partnerships.
As a woman in this space, I’m proud to contribute to a growing community of leaders who are redefining what success looks like—leading with empathy, resilience, and intention. My goal is not only to drive growth, but to create lasting impact for the people and businesses I work with every day and hope that my little girls see a powerful woman in their mom, and will not only follow suit but be even more strong than I could’ve ever been. Laying the stepping stones for the little women that will come after me.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute all of my success and progress in life solely through my work ethic and tenacity. Having grown up with a martial arts background, perseverance was a huge core value of mine. Knowing that no matter how many times you get knocked down, if your legs are working, you get right back up. I have never allowed a setback to be my final resting place. I am never content with mediocrity, and I am never content with comfortability. The moment you become comfortable is the moment that you allow yourself to stop learning and to stop growing. Because progress stops in your comfort zone.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever been given, it seems so simple but for me, I truly think that it’s probably the most important mentality to keep.
I had a manager once tell me, “if you are ever the smartest person in the room, find a different room.”
And that is the best advice I have ever been given.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be strong. It’s not about being beautiful and it’s not about how good you can talk. A woman’s mind is so complex and has the capabilities to breakdown certain scenarios better than a man can statistically. That’s not opinion, that’s science. And when we as women use our capabilities to our advantage, the sky truly is the limit.
Be rebellious in your passion, be tenacious, be aggressive. But most of all no matter the negativity that is ever told to you, remember that you are a woman. You have the ability to create life itself. Not just with your body, but with the capabilities, your brain carries. You can speak LIFE into anything, so make sure you speak LIFE into yourself first.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
With the company that I am with, the doors of opportunity continue to keep opening. It’s one of the many reasons I love the company I work for so much. They push me, they test me, and they encourage me to keep growing and keep getting better and doing things that I’ve never done before. It can be challenging, but with the right team and support, there’s no telling what the future holds for me within this company and it’s very exciting.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I think the absolute most important thing to have in both your work and home life is psychological safety. If people don’t feel safe to ask questions, admit mistakes, or even disagree with ideas, everything else is cosmic. You can have flexible hours, fancy mission statements, and great incentives with healthcare. But an employee will do their best work when it’s safe to be a human at work. In short, trust is an infrastructure, not a “nice to have”
When you have psychological safety, not only in your workplace it transfers into happiness and psychological safety in your personal life. Balance.
