She is a strategic and accomplished human resources executive with over 20 years of experience driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and HR operations across global and multi-site environments. Currently, she serves as Global Executive HR Director at Swagelok NYC I NJ I Philadelphia I UAE I KSA I NA, leading HR strategy and operations across the U.S., UAE, Northern Africa, and Saudi Arabia. Prior to this role, she served as Human Resources Director at Schweid & Sons, providing strategic HR leadership.
