01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to be clear about their goals in pursuing law. Law school taught me to think critically, challenge the status quo, and approach problems from different perspectives—skills that are invaluable in the profession.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunities in my field are creating more inclusive environments, addressing issues such as anti-Semitism, and using education to empower communities. I am grateful for mentors who recognize potential and provide opportunities for growth, and I believe supporting education and inclusivity can create lasting positive change.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value being solution-oriented, building strong relationships, and understanding different cultural perspectives. I believe it is important to focus on solving problems rather than simply admiring them, while recognizing that effective collaboration requires respect for different approaches to negotiation and communication.
